The Brielle Landing residences

Welcome Home

A small community with a big river view

Brielle Landing is a 56-residence condominium community set directly on the Manasquan River in Brielle, New Jersey. It is the kind of place where neighbors know each other by name, boats pass on their way to the inlet, and the pace of life is set by the tide rather than the traffic.

As an established, professionally managed community, Brielle Landing pairs the ease of condominium ownership — no exterior maintenance, no lawn to mow, no snow to shovel — with a setting most Jersey Shore towns simply can't offer: true riverfront living, minutes from Brielle's marinas, charter fleets, and the beaches of Manasquan and Point Pleasant.

Whether you're looking for a full-time home or a shore retreat that's ready whenever you are, we'd be glad to show you around.

True riverfront setting

Many shore condos promise a water view. Brielle Landing sits on the Manasquan River itself — watch the charter fleet head out at dawn and the sunset cruises come home, right from the community grounds.

Small scale, real neighborhood

With just 56 residences, Brielle Landing stays quiet, personal, and well kept — a genuine community rather than a sprawling complex, where the board and management know the property and the people in it.

The Sport Fishing Capital of New Jersey

Brielle's marinas, bait and tackle shops, and party-boat fleet are the heart of New Jersey sport fishing. Anglers, boaters, and seafood lovers at Hoffman's Marina and the Brielle Yacht Club are practically next door.

Shore living, year-round

Manasquan and Point Pleasant beaches are a short drive, the Garden State Parkway and NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line make commuting and weekend escapes easy, and Brielle's restaurants and riverfront dining keep the calendar full in every season.

Buying a residence

Sales are handled by owners and their real estate agents. If you're considering a unit, management can provide the association's resale documents — including the master deed, by-laws, rules, and current budget — so you and your attorney can review with confidence before you commit.

Renting at the Landing

A limited number of owners lease their residences in accordance with the association's rules and lease addendum. Prospective tenants are welcome to contact management to confirm current requirements and availability before signing a lease.
